When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 7 days. With back ordered items, please allow 7-14 business days. Packages are delivered between 5-7 business days after being shipped, but it can take up to 14 days. Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent containing a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package. If your order does not arrive within 21 days of your purchase or voucher redemption, simply email us and one of our representatives will look into the matter.

If I'm unhappy with a product, how can I return it for a refund?
Individual electrical accessories (plugs, connectors, cables, chargers, adapters, headphones, etc) are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange. For defective electrical accessories, we will exchange it within 30 days of your purchase date, simply email us and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you in the exchange process. (All defective electrical accessories must be returned in original (new) condition with original packaging and manuals within 30 days of ORDER DATE)

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, if you receive a product that is defective or not what was originally ordered, simply email us and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you in the exchange process.

Why am I being charged an additional fee?
There is a nominal shipping charge of $4.50 per item and a 8.75% California sales tax if you shipping address is in the State of California.
